Andy is a family man who places high priority on time with his wife and two daughters. As such, he has created a culture of like-minded professionals who value a healthy work-life balance. This balance then provides the necessary reserves to tackle intense projects with long hours and short turnaround times.
In addition to specific appraisal experience, he has been a subject-matter expert speaker at conferences for The Society of Chief Appraisers and the Western Mortgagee Advisory Council. Andy’s career also includes supervisory and managing director roles at CBRE and Colliers, as well as a supportive role for Candidates for Designation within the Appraisal Institute. He had the privilege to serve with the executive officer team of the Sacramento Sierra Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, as Chapter Secretary/Treasurer in 2016, Vice President in 2017, and President in 2018.
